WhichDance has no account, so there is no account to delete. Everything the app keeps is on your phone. This page explains what deleting the app removes, and what the stores keep. WhichDance is an app by HonestDev.
What deleting the app removes
Your history, your settings and your free-listen count live on your phone only. Deleting the app removes all of them. There is no copy on our servers.
- iPhone: touch and hold the WhichDance icon, tap Remove App, then Delete App.
- Android: touch and hold the WhichDance icon, tap Uninstall, then confirm.
Want to keep the app but clear the history? Open History in the app and delete the entries there.
Your subscription
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Subscriptions are managed by the store you bought them in, so cancel there first.
- App Store: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose WhichDance and tap Cancel Subscription.
- Google Play: open the Play Store app, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, choose WhichDance and tap Cancel subscription.
Apple and Google keep your purchase history under their own rules. We cannot delete it for you.
Purchase records at RevenueCat
If you ever subscribed, RevenueCat holds the purchase details under a random code, without your name or email address. We keep that so a purchase can be restored and refund questions can be answered. Want it gone? Email [email protected] with the random code. You find it in the app under Settings, Subscription. We ask RevenueCat to delete it within 30 days and let you know.
